Bell X1 :: Careful What You Wish For

The Bell X1 Website http://bellx1.com/

Directed by Myles O’Reilly. Produced by Steve O’Connor. Filmed by Myles O’Reilly. Assistant camera Stephen Mogerley. Female model Elin Alder.

I love black and white. Neon, considered the anti black and white for it’s nuclear colors, looks even better in the dark, when converted to black and white. I decided to prove that point by shooting monochrome and covering Paul Noonan from Bell X1 in neon. Fair play him and also Elin Adler for giving herself up to be destroyed by gooo. They both had to wash themselves and be re-painted by me 5 times, an enormous task.. considering each time their eyes would sting and that crap would get in their mouth but I haven’t had that much fun since the Lisa Hannigan’s knots video. Thanks Steve O’Connor for doing much of the producing on this one, Stephen Mogerley for the extra cam and Beak You for being there to hold the baby wipes.. and spread a little love when it was needed.
